About this Podcast

HOST: Welcome to our podcast, today we're thrilled to have X, an expert in sustainable design and the instructor of the new course "Masterclass Certificate in Recycled Glass in Interiors". X, can you tell us a bit about your journey and what led you to teach this course? GUEST: Thanks for having me! I've always been passionate about sustainable design and discovered the beauty of recycled glass a few years ago. I wanted to share my knowledge and inspire others to incorporate eco-friendly materials in their projects. HOST: That's fantastic! Now, what are some current industry trends when it comes to using recycled glass in interiors? GUEST: There's a growing interest in biophilic design, which focuses on reconnecting people with nature. Recycled glass fits perfectly into this trend, as it often mimics natural stone or water elements. Additionally, upcycling is becoming increasingly popular, giving old materials new life in modern interiors. HOST: Speaking of challenges, what do you think are the main obstacles when it comes to working with recycled glass or teaching others to use it? GUEST: One challenge is the limited availability and inconsistency in color and texture of recycled glass products. As for teaching, it can be difficult to convey the importance of sustainability and the creative possibilities of recycled glass to those who are new to the concept. HOST: That's insightful. Lastly, where do you see the future of sustainable design and the use of recycled materials in interiors? GUEST: I believe sustainable design will continue to gain momentum, as both professionals and clients become more aware of the environmental impact of their choices. Recycled glass, in particular, has great potential, with new applications and products constantly emerging. HOST: X, thank you so much for joining us today and sharing your expertise on the "Masterclass Certificate in Recycled Glass in Interiors". We're excited to see how this course will inspire and educate our listeners on sustainable design. GUEST: Thank you for having me! It's been a pleasure.
