Now, what challenges have you faced in this field or while teaching this subject? GUEST: One challenge is addressing the misconception that microcredit is a quick fix for poverty. It's a tool, but it requires careful planning and implementation to be effective. HOST: Absolutely. Looking to the future, where do you see urban development policy and microcredit heading? GUEST: I believe we'll continue to see a shift towards more community-driven, participatory approaches.
